REGISTRATION FOR THE MUNICH ECUMENICAL KIRCHENTAG

not the 31st as previously stated.

If you do not require accommodation to be found for you, then the closing date is not so crucial.

If you are finding difficulty in registering, these notes may help.

If you wish to register more than nine people, please ring Cornelia Albert on 0049 89 55 99 97 232 or email her at c.albert@oekt.de to alert her to this and to order more forms. (Her English is excellent!)

• The simplest way for UK participants (and also best for the Munich Kirchentag office) is to register using the on-line form. This form is in German. However, there is an English language version in PDF format which you may print off as a guide. If at all possible, please do not send the English form to Munich. It is here simply as a guide.
  

  In order to read or print PDF files, you need to have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer. You can do this free by clicking the Adobe icon on the home page of this website.

• If you go to the German website, you will be directed to the English language pages.
  Click on the word Registration, and you will be offered three possibilities:
  1. the online Registration form (as above), in German, for registering up to nine people;
  2. the Individual Registration form (right), in PDF format, which you can print off to register up to nine people;
  3. a telephone number (0049 89 55 99 97 232) where you can register by phone.

  Option two, the Individual Registration form, requires you to agree to the general terms and conditions of the 2nd OEKT. An English-language version of the terms is available on request and we hope to have it available soon. However, there is nothing problematical about them, so feel free to tick this box.

• If you wish to register a group of more than nine people, send an email to teilnehmerservice@oekt.de and request the registration forms.
